Return Policy
Viper Cargo Control is committed to customer satisfaction. Standard returns apply to products purchased directly from Viper Cargo Control that have been delivered free of any damage or defects. Unless otherwise specified, we accept Standard Returns on any of our products under the following conditions:
1. **Condition of the Product:** All returns must be in *New condition* to receive a refund. *New condition* means free from any signs of use, wear, damage or alteration. Products not in *NEW condition* will be deemed ineligible for return, and no refund will be issued.
2. **Return Shipping Costs:** Original shipping costs will not be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with return. We recommend that you use a shipping company that provides a tracking number for your return. Viper Cargo Control is not liable for any lost or damaged items during return shipping process. Buyer assumes all risk of loss until the returned product is delivered to Viper Cargo Control.
3. **Refund Process:** Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is returned to Viper Cargo Control and has been verified to be in *NEW condition*. The Purchaser should allow a reasonable timeframe for our team to process and inspect the return before receiving the refund. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded; no refunds will be provided for return shipping costs.
